Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1/3 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp sugar
Directions:
Mix everything but cinammon and 2 Tbsp sugar. Sprinkle cinammon and sugar over cookies. Bake at 400ยบ for 8-10 minutes.
