Ingredients:
3 heaping tsp. yeast
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup lukewarm milk
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs, well beaten
4 1/2- 5 cup flour (whole wheat and white)
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water and sugar. Combine milk that has been scalded, oil, honey, salt and eggs. Add the yeast mixture. Add flour and mix well with a spoon. Mixture will be sticky. Store over night in fridge or at least four hours. Two hours before rolls are to be served, take dough from fridge and allow to stand at room temperature about 30 minutes. Knead well on a floured board. Roll out and cut for any shape roll you desire. You can make hamburger or hot dog buns also. Place on a greased cookie sheet and let rise for an hour. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. I always double the recipe. They freeze well.
