Ingredients:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
16 ounce solid pack pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
9 inch unbaked pie crust
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine filling ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool and serve.
