Ingredients:
4 Tbsp cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp flour
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar and flour then add the the other ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
